OUR MISSION
The Sculpt Mode Mission is to enhance the quality of life in the community we serve.
To inspire and motivate our members to achieve their goals by providing a welcoming, positive and aspirational workout environment.
To empower our members by making them feel like their most badass selves.
What Separates Sculpt Mode from the Rest?
Have you been searching for a group fitness gym that isn’t just cardio, but instead, helps you build strength and confidence while improving your athleticism in an effective and safe environment?
Sculpt Mode Bootcamp offers Bootcamp workouts 6 days a week. These classes are 45 minutes of functional fitness with specific daily muscle focus and phase focus. We cycle our members through a series of 3 phases: ENDURANCE, STRENGTH and POWER. Each phase incorporates resistance training while adding variety in rep ranges dependent on the phase focus.
In addition to our Bootcamp classes, we value the importance of keeping those muscles and joints healthy so every Sunday we offer mobility classes - Yoga or Pilates!
*WARNING* Combining consistency, mobility and fitness phase difficulty has been proven to effectively build bad ass athletes.

“I have a passion for people! I believe I was put on this earth to help guide individuals toward their fitness and total wellness goals!”
My background in competitive dance has been the stepping-stone to my passion for fitness.
I began my career in Personal Training in 2016 and opened Sculpt Mode Fitness in 2017 to provide men and women access to functional fitness classes that effectively build strength and muscular endurance in a non-intimidating space.
It has been a true blessing to see lives change, not solely through fitness and nutritional guidance, but because they’ve found a community of people that nourish one another and continuously keeps each other accountable!

Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, I made Peoria my home in 2012. I currently reside in Germantown Hills with my husband Matt, my two daughters Savannah and Claire and my two crazy black labs. I've worn many hats in my life but my greatest job to date has been a stay at home mom.
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life as I played sports through college but when it was over I longed for something new and challenging. I started taking Barre and Pilates and including those into my normal gym routine. I fell in love and never turned back.
I have been a Sculpt Mode Group Fitness Instructor since January of 2018.
My reason why has changed throughout the years but now more than ever, being able to show my daughters that there is beauty in strength and the importance of taking time for yourself, is what keeps me showing up every day.

Growing up I was always very active. I played soccer, ran cross country and track and I was a dancer. But fitness really became a way of life for me about 9 years ago. I was in a really dark place in my life and it became my outlet — My “saving grace” you could say. I trained and ran a full marathon in 2011. I still sign up and enjoy running smaller races. I competed in bodybuilding for several years where I won my pro card and was ranked at the national level. I have competed in a few CrossFit competitions. I enjoy lifting weights, taking yoga classes and doing anything active outdoors like hiking, swimming, biking and trail running.
I have been personal training and teaching classes for about 7 years now. Helping people better themselves and accomplish personal goals truly makes me happy. There is nothing better than seeing someone’s eyes light up after doing something they thought they could not do.

I am a Certified Health Education Specialist who initially started my Bootcamp journey as a program participant!
My interest in high-intensity exercise combined with my curiosity for finding new ways to challenge myself both mentally and physically led me to pursue Bootcamp as a participant, followed quickly by training to be a coach.
My passion for health and wellness lies in helping people find their internal motivation to make lasting, effective changes for their health. I have 5+ years experience in the health and wellness field, and a depth of knowledge and passion for lifestyle coaching.

Born and raised in Peoria, Illinois. I attended college at the University of Illinois to study psychology and then earned my masters degree in social work. I now work in the field of substance abuse and mental health. My passion for helping others is embedded in everything I do.
Fitness and playing sports has always been a huge part of my life. While in college I discovered powerlifting and started competing in the sport in 2015. I have competed in several meets over the years and only gotten stronger physically and mentally thanks to my coaches and my support systems. I enjoy challenging myself to try new things in the fitness world and that is what brought me to Sculpt Mode. My goal is to help you develop into a physically and mentally healthier and happier you!

I have a background in bodybuilding and have competed in several natural bodybuilding competitions; earning my NGA Bikini Pro Athlete title in 2015 and an IPE Bikini Pro Athlete title in 2016.
I have also participated in the Memphis to Peoria Run for St Jude Children’s Research Hospital for 7 years in a row. I grew up in Washington, IL and currently reside in Chillicothe, IL with my husband, 2 step sons and 2 Australian Cattle Dogs. I love to stay active and spend time with my family.
My favorite aspect of the Sculpt Mode Bootcamp program is watching people surprise themselves with how their bodies can change and get stronger in just a short 6 weeks.

I was raised here in Peoria until I pursued my nursing career at a private university in Arkansas. My passion in nursing has been pediatrics for as long as I can remember. I was a NICU for 8 years and now I float throughout the pediatric floors at the Children’s Hospital of Illinois. My two children, Landrie, Levi and I now live in Washington, IL.
I have always been active but no one would ever call me “athletic” growing up. I was involved in cheer and dance and that quickly translated over to fitness classes and working out in college. After my children were born I was itching for something new and challenging. That is when weightlifting became a staple in my life. I am so proud to show my children that it’s important to take time for yourself and to push and challenge your body and mind through fitness.

I am 28 years old from Peoria, Illinois. I went to school at Illinois State University where I was also on the football team all 5 years. I double majored in renewable energy and geography, after my undergrad I went and got my masters in project management. I am currently working for a company call FBi building as a project manager, where we build post frame buildings ( same thing as Morton buildings…but better lol) I recently started coaching volleyball as well out at stark county high school coaching all levels there. Prior to that I was coaching at Richwoods High School for the football and track programs along with ran the strength and conditioning program as well. I joined the Sculpt Mode family a little over two year ago! I love every second about being there, I’ve been able to see a huge change in my body and growth. So when the opportunity to apply to coach came along I had to jump on it! In my spare time I like to hang out with friends l, I play volleyball as much as I can! Love to watch and play all sport, anything with outdoor activities I’m all about! I like to stay busy, pretty much on the go at all times! I am happy to take a step up in the Sculpt Mode family and hopefully help change and shape your lives for the better!
